High Ticket Service Agreement Policy

  1. Introduction 

This High Ticket Service Agreement Policy (“Agreement”) is entered into between OKYANUSI LTD, a company based in the UK, and the customer (“Client”) who wishes to purchase high ticket services provided by OKYANUSI LTD. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the services will be provided and governs the relationship between the parties.

  1. Scope of Services 

2.1 OKYANUSI LTD offers high ticket services related to managing eBay, Amazon, and Etsy accounts. The services include but are not limited to:

a. Weekly Account Management: OKYANUSI LTD will perform account optimization, including product listing enhancements, keyword research, competitor analysis, inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales performance monitoring.

b. Monthly Account Management: In addition to the weekly account management services, OKYANUSI LTD will provide comprehensive performance reports, strategic recommendations, and ongoing support to improve account visibility, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.

  1. Service Fees and Payment 

3.1 The Client agrees to pay the specified service fees for the chosen service package. The fees will be communicated to the Client prior to the purchase and are subject to change with notice. 

3.2 Payment for services can be made through the accepted payment methods provided by OKYANUSI LTD. The Client shall provide accurate and up-to-date billing information to facilitate prompt payment.

  1. Refund Policy 

4.1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of the high ticket services provided, OKYANUSI LTD does not offer refunds to the Client once the service has been initiated, regardless of the results achieved.

4.2 The Client acknowledges that the success of their eBay, Amazon, and Etsy accounts depends on various factors beyond the control of OKYANUSI LTD, including market conditions and the Client’s compliance with platform policies. Therefore, no guarantee of specific results or outcomes can be provided.

  1. Account Responsibility 

5.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the performance and outcome of their eBay, Amazon, and Etsy accounts.

5.2 OKYANUSI LTD will provide professional advice, guidance, and perform necessary actions to optimize the account performance, based on industry best practices and experience. However, the final outcome depends on factors such as market conditions, customer demand, competition, and the Client’s compliance with platform policies and guidelines. 

5.3 The Client understands that their accounts may be subject to suspension, termination, or other penalties imposed by eBay, Amazon, or Etsy for various reasons, including but not limited to violations of their policies, guidelines, or terms of service. OKYANUSI LTD will not be held responsible for any such account actions taken by the platforms.

  1. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 OKYANUSI LTD shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the high ticket services provided. 

6.2 The Client acknowledges and accepts that the success of their eBay, Amazon, and Etsy accounts depends on various external factors beyond the control of OKYANUSI LTD. Therefore, OKYANUSI LTD cannot guarantee specific results, sales figures, or account performance metrics.

  1. Confidentiality 

7.1 OKYANUSI LTD and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services. This includes account credentials, business strategies, and any other proprietary information. 

7.2 OKYANUSI LTD will take reasonable measures to protect the Client’s confidential information, but cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such information unless directly caused by OKYANUSI LTD’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. 

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

  1. Acceptance of Agreement 

9.1 By purchasing the high ticket services offered by OKYANUSI LTD, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 

9.2 The Client further acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding the terms of this Agreement before making a purchase decision.

  1. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between OKYANUSI LTD and the Client, superseding any prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral.

 10.2 Amendments: No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. 

10.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. 

10.4 Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision contained herein. 

10.5 Assignment: The Client may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of OKYANUSI LTD.

10.6 Survival: The provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall survive such termination or expiration. 

10.7 Notices: Any notices or communications required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally, sent by registered or certified mail, or by email to the addresses provided by both parties. 

10.8 Independent Contractors: Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between OKYANUSI LTD and the Client. Both parties are independent contractors operating in their own capacity.
