Where we provide software (including TurkoLister and related tools), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use under the applicable plan. Third-party platforms (eBay, Amazon, payment providers) have their own terms which you must follow.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (including Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy. As digital products and courses are made available immediately, statutory cancellation rights may not apply once access has been granted, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, or use the Services unlawfully.

9. No guarantee of results

Our content shares information and strategies for online selling. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales or business result. Examples are illustrative only; your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
