You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.
3. Products & services
We sell online courses, digital products, memberships, software subscriptions and related services. We aim to describe products accurately, but minor variations may occur. Product availability may change without notice.
4. Orders & pricing
- All prices are displayed at checkout, in the currency shown, and may include or exclude taxes as indicated.
- An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by secure third-party processors including Stripe and, where applicable, WooCommerce payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.
6. Digital delivery
Courses, downloads and memberships are delivered electronically, usually immediately after payment, via your account or the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Your consumer cancellation rights and our refund process are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. For digital content supplied immediately, you may lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once access begins, where you have agreed to this at checkout.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval shown until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, course materials, branding and software are the property of Okyanusi Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and cookies in line with our Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
